Ernst Kurz began his career after graduating from the HTL technical college in 1994 with ECS Electronics & Communications Systems GmbH, which was incorporated into Center Communication Systems GmbH in 2000 with its Tunnel and Building Radio and Voice and Data Communication departments. His responsibilities included project management, systems engineering and the commissioning of radio systems both in Germany and abroad.
From 2006 to 2014, he worked for various companies in the fields of electrical engineering, communications engineering and traffic engineering before joining the STRABAG Group in 2014 and returning to STRABAG Infrastructure & Safety Solutions GmbH (formerly Center Communication Systems).
Ernst Kurz initially took on the position of Technical Group Manager for Radio and Railway Technology. Since the reorganization of STRABAG Infrastructure & Safety Solutions GmbH in 2018, he has been responsible for the entire Communication and Safety Systems business unit as Technical Business Unit Manager.
