A9 Bosruck Tunnel

On behalf of ASFiNAG, the existing tube of the Bosruck Tunnel on the A9 Phrynautobahn was extensively renovated and extended by a second tunnel tube. As the general contractor, STRABAG Infrastructure & Safety Solutions was responsible for the complete installation of the electrical equipment.

From energy distribution and lighting to the fire alarm system, general electrical engineering as well as safety and traffic control systems were implemented throughout the existing eastern tunnel and the newly constructed western tunnel over a total length of 5,500 meters.
