Control Room Communication System for Energie Steiermark

As a regional energy provider, Energie Steiermark is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of its facilities and distribution networks around the clock – thereby guaranteeing continuous electricity supply throughout the entire federal state. For this purpose, STRABAG Infrastructure & Safety Solutions was commissioned to establish a new control room communication system.

The aim of the network control room is to maintain an overview during regular operations and to react immediately, systematically and in a structured manner in the event of disruptions or emergencies. The team at the central network control room is responsible for restoring operational readiness, initiating rescue measures and minimizing health or financial impacts. To achieve this, employees rely on seamless communication and cooperation among all parties involved.

  • Specific special functions for call management with various audio devices
