SISS equips Dutch Rail Operator with new CCTV Systems
STRABAG Infrastructure & Safety Solutions has been commissioned by Nederlandse Spoorwegen N.V. to integrate state-of-the-art CCTV systems into existing trains of the Dutch railroad operator.
Our extensive product portfolio enables the installation of numerous interior cameras and network video recorders, which significantly improves on-board surveillance and safety. Our CCTV configuration is flexible and adaptable to different train compositions – whether short or long trains (4 carriages or 6 carriages).
We place the highest value on IT security: the entire CCTV system is encrypted both on board the train and along the route to ensure maximum data protection. In addition, we store recordings from the front camera separately to ensure increased security and reliable evidence in the event of accidents or system failures.
Since the start of the project in November 2018, we have focused on reliability and innovation - always with the aim of maintaining the safety of passengers and staff. The result: a safer and more trustworthy travel experience for all passengers.
