Advantages of mobile video surveillance

Mobile video surveillance in rail transportation makes a decisive contribution to increasing safety. It documents criminal activities, enables rapid intervention in the event of incidents and serves to reliably preserve evidence. Additionally, it strengthens passengers' sense of security and protects staff in daily operations. Thanks to its flexibility, video surveillance can be seamlessly integrated into existing security infrastructures and thus makes an important contribution to the efficiency and reliability of rail transportation.

Key areas of video surveillance

A video surveillance system can be installed in several key areas: in passenger compartments to monitor passenger behavior, at entry and exit points for access control, in the driver’s cab to protect staff, in technical areas to prevent unauthorized access and in outdoor areas to detect vandalism. Additional applications include, for example, monitoring the pantograph.

Integration of our systems into existing rail vehicles

Our extensive portfolio includes security solutions suitable for all types of rail vehicles – from older models to the most modern trains. Regardless of the vehicle’s technical condition, our systems can be flexibly integrated and expanded to meet enhanced safety requirements.

Compliance with data protection regulations

The recorded data is stored in a proprietary format to ensure it remains unreadable to unauthorized parties. Both the capture and storage of video data are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations – with the aim of protecting the privacy of passengers in the best possible way.
